What influenced you to start windsurfing?

My Mother when she came home with a Division 2 Windglider gear purchase for $10 at a garage sale!

A little about yourself:

Since I was 15 years old the wind and the waves have shaped most of my decisions.  Today I am very fortunate to use the skills I have acquired and aim them toward sail design. The Gyro is not just another wave sail. Thanks to the hard work of Bruce Peterson, the Gyro is one of the best wave sails in the world.
