ORDERING
Online orders: You may place secure orders 24 hours a day at www.sailworks.com.
Phone orders: For personal assistance, call our customer service line, toll free in the US & Canada at 877-639-7245 (all others +1-541-386-6561) during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday.
Offline orders: If you are not comfortable using your credit card online you can still create an offline order that you can mail or fax to Sailworks. Send the completed order form by fax to 541-386-7245 or by mail to the address noted below. Please include all credit card information. Total the amount of all charges in US currency, including shipping, where applicable.
Dealer sales: Sailworks has a strong network of professional windsurfing retailers who stock Sailworks sails. You can locate the Sailworks dealer closest to you by clicking here.

DISCOUNTS
Sailworks offers a discount for multiple sail purchases. This discount applies to all items purchased in the multi sail order.
Discount schedule:
1 sail no discount
2 sails 3% discount
3 sails 6% discount
4 sails 9% discount
5 sails 12% discount
6 + sails 15% discount (max)
SHIPPING
All items are securely packaged in stout cardboard cartons to ensure they arrive safely and without damage.
We use FedEx and Danzas/DHL freight companies for shipping.
Delivery charges are based on weight and the dimensions of the package. Be aware that most sails and masts are considered oversize items and will be charged according to their dimensional weight. Small accessory items and parts can be packed into these oversize packages at no extra charge.
For international orders, the customer must pay all duty, import charges and taxes. For FedEx international orders, FedEx handles the import and brokerage in-house, and will bill you separately for the duty and import charges.
All shipments are sent out insured for their full replacement value. There is no discount available for declining the shipping insurance.
If you are planning a visit to the Columbia Gorge you can opt to save the shipping cost and pickup your order at the Sailworks loft in Hood River.
Delivery Schedule
Most items ordered from the contiguous 48 states should arrive in 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground service. FedEx Ground Service to Canada takes 5-7 business days. Items shipped to international destinations or by other shipping services will have varying delivery schedules.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and your credit card will not be charged until we ship the backordered item.
Sales Tax
Sailworks is based in the State of Oregon where there is no sales tax charged on purchases.
Why it's safe to do business with us online
We take your credit card security very seriously and have enabled a secure 128-bit encryption system for our online transactions. We do not store your personal information in clear text on any web site. You'll know your transaction is secure when a "complete key" icon appears in the lower left-hand corner of your Netscape Navigator screen, or a "closed lock" icon appears in the lower right-hand corner of your Internet Explorer screen. You may also verify that the address of the document you are accessing begins with https://, as this also indicates a secure site. Do not submit any information if you notice a broken key or an open lock on your screen as these symbols indicate that the transaction is not secure. Rest assured that fraudulent interceptions of credit card numbers are extremely rare, since there are protocols governing the transmission of personal information over the Internet. Thanks to these protocols, your credit card number and its expiry date become virtually indecipherable while in transit over the Net.
At sailworks.com the security is provided by the best Internet commerce technology available. We use Verisign as our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider, allowing our customers the strongest certificate services around. Your credit card information is encrypted while traveling the Internet.
NOTE: E-mail is not a secure means of transmission. Please remember, your e-mail correspondence should never include sensitive information, like credit card numbers, that you would not like to share with the general public, as e-mail is never a secure environment on the Internet.

Payments
Orders paid with VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS will usually ship within 24 hours.
Money Orders, Cashiers & Certified Checks are also accepted by mail.
Return Policy
We will refund product for up to thirty days IF UNUSED and returned with all original packaging.
