We are huge proponents of the adjustable outhaul system. The ability to change the shape of the sail (called variable geometry) is the key to unlocking the full wind range and performance potential of your sails. It's significance is equatable to the transmission in a car or the gears on a bicycle. Quite simply, multiple power settings broaden the use and range of the sail.

Double side adjustable outhaul system. Simple to attached to the boom (no tools required) and easy to set up. Allows for powerful 4:1 purchase on either side without additional pulleys on the sail clew grommet. Heavy ribbed webbing gives textured feel for controlled micro adjustment. Spring loaded camlock buckle allows for precise controlled release. Each kit comes with two closed loops of Dyneema line containing the adjustment straps and purchase pulley, plus 300 cm of Dyneema line for the outhaul line.

The Quiktune lines are based around a simple V-jam line cleat. They are supplied with Marlow line and high durometer, durable urethane tubing sleeves. The unique V-jam cleat resists fouling by sand, grit and salt for a secure hold and quick adjustment.

Long arms? Short arms? Waist harness? Seat harness? No problem! Quiktune lines are supplied in a generous 24" to 30" configuration, but can easily shorten by trimming the tubing and shifting the stopper knots to what ever min. & max. length you desire.

All line components are user serviceable for long-term reliable performance. Get the advantage of smooth, easy to adjust harness lines for improved rig control on all points of sail.

Set the lines up with the cleat on the rear attachment point, with the V-jam away from you. The adjustment technique to shorten the lines is to pull down and push way while holding the line tension to lock the line. To release or lengthen the lines, simply pull down and hold the line towards you.

Sampson's Amsteel is a 3.0 mm single braid Dyneema line. Lightweight (0.79 kg / 100 m) and strong (816 kg break strength), Amsteel has super low stretch and great wear properties. The racers choice for low stretch adjustable outhaul lines. Sold by the centimeter.

Marlow's 4mm, 8-Plait pre-stretched polyester line. Its a great all purpose line for the downhaul and outhaul! Break strength is 428 kg and the line weight is 1.3 kg per 100 m. Sold by the centimeter.

We've taken a precision waterproof Seiko stopwatch timer, with a large easy to read display and mounted it on an adjustable neoprene arm band with a 45 degree display wedge. Designed to be worn above the bicep, so the countdown sequence is clearly visible, just inches from your line of sight.

The stopwatch comes with pre-programmed sequences in 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15 minutes, or you can enter your own time sequence in a simple, intuative program mode. It can be set to count or down in any sequence mode and has audible warning and start signals. In count down mode, it automatically continues timing in a count up mode, so the duration of races can be timed.

The race begins before the start with correct time-on-distance pacing.

This is a used Deboichet Concept R13 formula fin, re-potted to 34cm as a high wind slalom fin. The result is a lean and slippery fin that is very racy. Excellent as a practice fin or an extra larger size for your fin quiver.

This fin has a few scratches, but no dings. It has 1/4"-20 (standard) threaded barrel nuts and comes with EVA foam cover.

Deboichet UW speed model in the 24 cm size. The UW is Deboichet's all-out speed fin with a narrow elliptical outline and a thin high speed foil.

It has 6mm threaded barrel nuts (can be tapped to 1/4"-20) and comes with EVA foam cover.
